UPDATE at 11:45 a.m.: The funeral procession is now moving through Round Rock at mile marker 254.

UPDATE at 11:32 a.m.: The procession is now in Georgetown

UPDATE at 11:25 a.m.: The procession is 40 miles away from Austin, near the 274 mile marker, according to the Department of Public Safety.

UPDATE at 11:20 a.m.: The procession is now in Williamson County.

UPDATE at 11:15 a.m.: The procession is reportedly in Salado.

UPDATE at 11:10 a.m.: A motorcycle crash has occurred at mile marker 289 between Belton and Salado – believed to be a member or members of the procession. EMS is en route – procession is continuing.

UPDATE at 11 a.m.: The procession is now in Belton.

UPDATE at 10:50 a.m.: The procession is now passing through Temple at a speed of 60 mph.

UPDATE at 10:43 a.m.: The procession is approaching Troy (just north of Temple) at a speed of 55 mph.

UPDATE @ 10:25 a.m.: The main procession is now passing Sun Valley Blvd. just south of Waco through Hewitt and Robinson.

UPDATE @ 10:15 a.m.: The procession just passed U.S 77 interchange and is approaching the Brazos River.

UPDATE @ 10:03 a.m.: The procession is now entering Lacy Lakeview on the north side of Waco - traveling ~55 mph, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

UPDATE @ 9:51 a.m.: The procession is passing through Abbott. Their target speed is 60 mph, but that may be affected by the conditions along the way, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.


UPDATE @ 9:45 a.m.: Chris Kyle's funeral procession should be passing through Hillsboro at this time.

UPDATE: @ 9:21 a.m.:Chris Kyle's funeral procession has left Midlothian and is headed south on I-35E just south of Waxahachie. Depending on its speed, it should reach Hillsboro in about 10-15 minutes, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.

In Temple, veterans will be flying U.S. flags in the pedestrian path on the bridge over I35 that connects to Airport Road.

In Belton, those wishing to honor Kyle can gather on the 6th Street Bridge, or on the I35 access road north of the bridge and just south of the Harley-Davidson dealership.
