COPPERAS COVE — The Copperas Cove Education Foundation surprised teachers all over the district Friday by handing out 15 grants totaling more than $34,000.
The grants were awarded to fund innovative teaching methods at seven schools. Technology played a role in which programs got some of the grants from Intervening with iPads at House Creek Elementary and Get Hooked with A Nook at Crossroads High School.
