Area police reports indicated:

A burglary of a residence was reported at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Rhode Island Street in Killeen.

A theft of a vehicle was reported at 6:56 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Bowden Avenue in Copperas Cove.

A burglary of a residence was reported at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 4200 block of Windwood Drive in Killeen.

A burglary of a building was reported at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Lamplight Drive in Killeen.

A burglary of a residence was reported at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 3600 block of Christie Drive in Killeen.

A theft was reported at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Golf Course Road in Copperas Cove.

A burglary of a residence was reported at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Houston Street in Killeen.

An aggravated sexual assault of a child was reported at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday in Copperas Cove.

A theft was reported at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Elk Trail in Harker Heights.

A burglary of a residence was reported at 3:51 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Meggs Street in Copperas Cove.

Possession of a controlled substance was reported at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Killeen.

An aggravated robbery with a firearm was reported at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of Trimmier Road in Killeen.
