Killeen police arrested three people they believe kidnapped a man from Round Rock on Monday.

Police arrested Harker Heights resident Brandon Anthony Krzywonski, 24, Nolanville resident Timothy Jerrold Kipp, 25, and Killeen resident Samantha Jane Radcliffe, 35, on charges of aggravated kidnapping.

All three were arrested at Radcliffe’s residence in the 4100 block of Whispering Oak early Tuesday morning, where police found the alleged victim still in captivity.

Arrest affidavits stated Round Rock police responded to a kidnapping just after midnight Monday and spoke with a female resident of the home where the incident occurred.

She told police two males with firearms entered her home and detained her family. They then restrained a male and removed him forcibly from the home, the affidavit stated.

Killeen police located the kidnapped man at 2:15 a.m. Tuesday in Radcliffe’s home. He identified Krzywonski and Kipp as the armed men who took him from the Round Rock home. He told police Radcliffe drove them from Round Rock to Killeen and at one point pointed a handgun at him.

Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke arraigned the three Tuesday, setting their bail at $100,000 each.

Cooke also arraigned Jason Elliott Williams on charges of public lewdness in a public place and evading arrest on foot. Williams is accused of touching his genital inside the Killeen Public Library and running from police. His bond was set at $10,000.
