LAMPASAS — A woman has been arrested in connection with Windsor Foods bomb threat last April, according to Copperas Cove Police Department.

Coryell County Justice of the Peace Bill Price arraigned Rosaura Santiago, of Copperas Cove, on felony charges of terroristic threat and criminal mischief. He set her bond at $25,000 for the charges, and she has since been released from custody.

Windsor Foods is a food packaging plant in Lampasas.

Copperas Cove police arrested Santiago on Aug. 9 after Lampasas investigators were issued warrants for her apprehension, according to a news release issued Wednesday.

Police responded to the April 25 bomb threat at about 3:30 a.m. with Lampasas Fire Department and Fort Hood Bomb Dog teams.
