COPPERAS COVE — A Copperas Cove teen was out of Coryell County Jail on bail as of Monday after police arrested him Saturday for allegedly exposing himself in front of a 14-year-old girl on a school bus.

Justice of the Peace John Guinn arraigned Adam Christopher Hoemke, 17, of Copperas Cove, on Saturday on a charge of indecency with a child. Guinn set his bond at $10,000.

The victim reported she was riding a Copperas Cove Independent School District bus home from school at 3:55 p.m. Sept. 25 when she saw Hoemke looking at her, states the arrest complaint.

Police said that Hoemke then supposedly pulled his shorts leg and exposed himself in the victim’s direction.

Guinn also arraigned the following:

Tony Haden Mikel, on Monday, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more offence. Guinn set his bond at $10,000.

David Alexander Dyson, on Saturday, on a charge of assault of a family member by impeding breath or circulation. Guinn set his bond at $10,000.

It clearly states the subject is 17 years of age, which in the state of Texas, is legally an adult.
