The Bell County Organized Crime Unit arrested four people after raiding a home they believe was involved in selling methamphetamine.

Police charged Dimitri Delion Dears, 38, Arnais Brummer, 26, and Tiffany Pierce, 21, with possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram. Also arrested was Matthew John Dillard, 28, on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

All four were arrested after the Killeen-based organized crime unit executed a search warrant on Thursday at a duplex in the 4200 block of Lake Road in Killeen where police had seen Dears selling narcotics to several “sources,” an arrest affidavit states.

Police detained Dears and Pierce as they were leaving the home. Police then found suspected methamphetamine hidden in Pierce’s bra.

Officers found Brummer and Dillard inside the home. Police found suspected methamphetamine in Brummer’s shorts and found a handgun in Dillard’s bedroom. Dillard was previously convicted of burglary in 2009.

Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned the four Saturday, setting bails for Brummer, Pierce and Dears at $25,000 each. Dillard’s bail was set at $50,000.

Potvin also arraigned the following:

Michael Damelius Williams, 25, on a charge of possession of marijuana, 5 pounds or less but more than 4 ounces. Williams’ bail was set at $50,000.

Patriot Latrone Faulkner, 34, on a charge of obstruct retaliation. Faulkner’s bail was set at $75,000.

Coryell County Justice of the Peace Bill Price arraigned Macon Vaughn Oshields on Saturday on a charge of indecency with a child. Price set his bond at $8,000.

Oshields was allegedly caught standing on a bucket outside a Copperas Cove home to watch a 15-year-old girl shower.
