A search warrant executed by the Killeen Police Department SWAT team at a home in the 1200 block of Monroe Loop led to the arrest of two men Friday.

Ferron Lyndell Brown, 30, and Denzel Ivan Davis, 33, were arraigned on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon. Davis was also arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance 4 grams or more, but less than 200 grams.

During the raid, police found two bottles in a dresser drawer next to Davis’ wallet, according to the affidavit. Substances inside the bottles were field tested, and came back positive for 6 grams of marijuana and 10 grams of cocaine, according to the affidavit.

A Smith & Wesson magazine that contained ammunition was found in a Crown Royal bag behind a curtain on a windowsill in Brown’s room, according to police. Brown told the officers that he and Davis sell crack out of the home, and he gets his supply from Davis, according to the affidavit.

Brown was charged with the possession of more than 4 grams of cocaine when he was 19 years old in 2006.

Both are being held in the Bell County Jail. Bond for Brown was set at $50,000. Bond for Davis was set at $100,000.
