Grand jury indicts Killeen woman accused of shooting at ex-boyfriend

A Bell County grand jury indicted a 31-year-old Killeen woman on felony assault charges for allegedly shooting at her ex-boyfriend.

Sylvia Ann Robbins was indicted on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a third-degree felony, by the grand jury Wednesday.

Police arrested Robbins after responding to a report of domestic violence involving weapons on Nov. 1. Robbins’ ex-boyfriend told police that he was moving out of the residence when Robbins came home, became angry and fired a pistol at him, according to an arrest affidavit.

Robbins initially said nothing had happened, but later admitted she fired the gun in the air.

Police also recovered a shell casing from the scene, the affidavit stated.

Robbins is currently in Bell County Jail, with bail set at $100,000.

The grand jury also returned indictments against the following:

• Jon Patrick Hammack, 42, of Killeen on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements, repeat offender.

• Trequan Shavae Locke, 20, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of marijuana, 5 pounds or less.

• Trey Jordan Perry, 17, of Harker Heights, on a charge of burglary of a habitation.

• Curtis Jay Cross, 55, of Harker Heights, on a charge of forgery by making, repeat offender.

• Roman Anthony Clarke, 28, of Harker Heights, on a charge of aggravated assault, repeat offender.

• Wendy Wallace-Garcia, 31, of Killeen, on a charge of theft of over $1,500 of an elderly individual.

• Frank Darrell Keys, 24, of Killeen, on a charge of evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

• Jasmine Kaneesha Wesley, 23, of Killeen, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

• Ifrah Yusuf Awale, 35, of Killeen, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

• Timothy Daniel Breitbarth, 35, of Killeen, on a charge of assault on a family/household member, strangulation.

• Daniel Alejandro Velarde, 29, of Killeen, on a charge of assault on a family/household member, strangulation.

• Gabriel Lashae Jackson, 23, of Killeen, on a charge of burglary of a habitation.

• David Duane Morgan, 54, of Killeen, on a charge of forgery by passing.

• Jason Edward Ellis, 29, of Killeen, on a charge of forgery by passing.

• James Leon Knight, 45, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of cocaine, less than 1 gram.

• Travon Andre Jones, 17, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of MDMA, 4 grams or more.

• Morgan Ashley Boase-Kruse, 20, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of cocaine, less than 1 gram.

• Robert Earl Lewis, 41, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of cocaine, 4 grams or more, habitual offender.

• Nathan Riley Cline, 45, of Nolanville, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, 1 gram or more, habitual offender.

• Billy O’Bryant Tisdale, 30, of Killeen, on charges of possession of cocaine, 4 grams or more, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Benjamin Haley Taylor, 32, of Killeen, on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Kendrick Tyrone Benson, 23, of Killeen, on a charge of assault on

a family/household member with previous conviction.

• Kim Lashun McIntyre, 43, of Killeen, on a charge of theft, enhanced.

• Michael Anthony Caldwell, 50, of Killeen, on a charge of theft, enhanced.
