A Bell County grand jury indicted a 31-year-old Killeen woman on felony assault charges for allegedly shooting at her ex-boyfriend.

Sylvia Ann Robbins was indicted on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a third-degree felony, by the grand jury Wednesday.

Police arrested Robbins after responding to a report of domestic violence involving weapons on Nov. 1. Robbins’ ex-boyfriend told police that he was moving out of the residence when Robbins came home, became angry and fired a pistol at him, according to an arrest affidavit.
