Harker Heights police investigate Botox bandit


Harker Heights police are looking for a woman who failed to pay for Botox treatments she received from a spa in October.

A police department report released today stated the woman received $475 in Botox treatments Oct. 22 from About Face in Harker Heights. The suspect attempted to pay for the service with a prepaid debit card, which was not accepted, according to police.

The suspect advised the receptionist she would go to the bank and return with the money. However, she never returned to pay for the service. All identifying information the woman provided to About Face proved to be false, the news release stated.
