The Kempner Police Department arrested 10 people following a two-week investigation, according to a press release posted on the Lampasas County breaking news and information website.

The investigation targeted the methamphetamine epidemic in Lampasas County.

Officers seized about 15 grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl and hydrocodone.

Police also seized three vehicles and $786 in cash.

The names of the suspects and further details were not released Wednesday.

One of the 10 suspects was charged with a federal firearms violation and is in federal custody. According to the news release, the person was charged with a federal firearms charge — a firearm or other dangerous weapon used in the commission of a crime.
