A Killeen man is once again behind bars after police said he inappropriately touched a minor at a local thrift store.
Tevin Lyle Ensign, 21, is accused of touching a girl’s breast Saturday at the Texas Thrift Store, according to an arrest affidavit.
Both the girl and her mother said Ensign fled to the back of the store after the incident.
Killeen police located Ensign inside the store and he admitted touching the girl, the affidavit stated.
Ensign was arraigned Monday by Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke on a felony charge of indecency with a child. He is in Bell County Jail on a $100,000 bond, according to jail records.
This is not the first time Ensign was accused of acting inappropriately with a minor. Records show he was arrested for indecency with a child in April 2012.
Cook also arraigned the following individuals on unrelated charges Monday:
Jose Delgado-Ramirez, 22, on a charge of possession of cocaine, less than 1 gram. Delgado-Ramirez’s bail was set at $20,000.
Braxton Carter, 24, on a charge of possession of cocaine, less than 1 gram. Carter’s bail was set at $20,000.
Michelle Jean Portwood, on a charge of possession of cocaine, 1 gram or more, but less than 4 grams. Portwood’s bail was set at $20,000.
