A 33-year-old Killeen man is behind bars after being accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls.
Gabriel Omar Casiano is facing two charges of sexual assault. Casiano has been in custody at Bell County Jail since Saturday.
Arrest affidavits state the mother of the two victims, ages 15 and 17, contacted police with allegations of sexual abuse on April 16.
Sexual assault nurse examiners interviewed the two victims separately. Both told investigators that Casiano had molested them in separate incidents about a week before police were contacted. Police said Casiano confessed to both sexual assaults in an interview.
Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Casiano over the weekend, setting his bail at $200,000 for the two charges.
Potvin also arraigned the following:
Shannon Sh’Nay Berry, 27, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram. Berry’s bail was set at $25,000.
David Reymundo Torres, 18, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram. Torres’ bail was set at $25,000.
Joe Frederick Lopez, 30, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
