BELTON — A Killeen man who police said led them on a high-speed motorcycle chase in April was indicted by a Bell County grand jury Wednesday.

Allan Dale Mattern, 21, is facing a state jail felony charge of evading arrest with a motor vehicle. Killeen police attempted to stop Mattern on April 15 after he failed to signal a lane change. Mattern, who was riding a motorcycle, sped up, according to an arrest affidavit.

Police said Mattern ran multiple red lights, reaching speeds between 80 and 90 mph during the chase.

Mattern was apprehended after he crashed his motorcycle near the intersection of W.S. Young Drive and Westcliff Road.

The following individuals also were indicted by the grand jury Wednesday:

Levi Samuel Evans Goode, 27, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

Heather Ann Rabideau, 30, of Killeen, on a charge of fraudulent use of identifying information.

John Paul Steel Jr., 33, of Killeen, on a charge of forgery by passing.

Maria Kei Wood, 23, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, 4 grams or more, repeat offender.

James Robert Foster, 45, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

Brian Nicholas Dick, 27, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

Felicia Ann Vowell, 24, of Harker Heights, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

Juan Carlos Campos Perez, 35, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.
