Killeen police are searching for three men in an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday.

Capt. Margaret Young said a man was robbed shortly after midnight.

The victim was approached by three black men on the 1100 block of Willow Springs Road. One of the men displayed a weapon. They then took items from the victim.

The victim gave descriptions of two of the robbers.

One man is described as a short, light-skinned man with gold teeth. The other robber is described as dark-skinned with tattoos.

Suspects fled the scene in a newer-model green sports utility vehicle.

Detectives are asking anyone who has information about this robbery to contact Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-TIPS (8477), go online at or text the word KILLEEN and the tip to CRIMES (274637).

All information is kept confidential, and anyone who gives information is anonymous. If the tip results in the arrest of the people responsible for this crime, the person will be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
