Killeen police are investigating three robberies that might have been committed by the same person.
All three robberies took place Oct. 25. In each case, a person entered the store wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants and a bandana to cover his face.
"We do not know if this is the same suspect, just that things are similar, and they happened on the same day," Killeen Police Department spokeswoman Carroll Smith said. "There is a possibility, but they haven't been linked yet.
The first robbery took place at 12:30 a.m. at a Mickey's convenience store located in the 3800 block of East Stan Schlueter Loop.
The second occurred at 7:50 a.m. in Krystal's Burgers, located in the 2400 block of South W. S. Young Drive.
The third robbery was reported at 10:37 p.m. at the Young Mart No. 2, located in the 1800 block of North W. S. Young Drive.
No videos or photos of the robbery were available, Smith said.
After robbing each business, a person fled in a red Pontiac.
Smith could not confirm if the person was armed in each case, though witnesses reported weapons at the robbery of the Mickey's convenience store and Young Mart No. 2.
The person is described as either a Hispanic male or light-skinned black male, between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall weighing between 160 and 180 pounds.
