Killeen police arrested a man they said burglarized a pharmacy.

Police charged Dustan Ray Lightfoot, 29, with burglary of a building.

An arrest affidavit stated police used surveillance footage to identify Lightfoot as the man who broke into Scott & White Pharmacy on Cross Drive on May 17.

Police arrested Lightfoot on Friday. Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke arraigned Lightfoot, setting his bail at $50,000.

Lightfoot is believed to have stolen numerous tramadol pills, a pain killer similar to codeine. Lightfoot confessed to the crime, the affidavit stated.

Cooke also arraigned the following:

  • Kurtis La’Mars Archer, 24, on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements. Archer’s bail was set at $50,000.
  • James Manuel Williams, 22, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram. Williams’ bail was set at $20,000.
  • Annette Gonzalez, 37, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram. Gonzalez’s bail was set at $20,000.
