When the ghetto thug street gangsta refugees from Hurricane Katrina out of New Orleans came here and stayed which caused a increase in the population , the percentage of street crimes, i.e. muggings, car jackings, home invasions, drug dealings, and now drive-by-shootings also increased. KPD needs to get a handle on this and Nip it in the bud! Round Up and Lock Up ALL Gangbangers and Gangstas wannabes!!!
