Police arrested a woman who allegedly pulled a bag of methamphetamine from her body.

An officer observed a vehicle with a broken center break light traveling on Littleleaf Drive in Killeen about 3:17 p.m. Tuesday.

The officer identified the front seat passenger as Katrina Eldoramae Hoffman, 21. Dispatch officers said there were nine active warrants for Hoffman’s arrest, according to an arrest affidavit. After placing Hoffman under arrest, another officer transported her to the Killeen City Jail, where a female officer conducted a strip search.

During the search, the officer observed Hoffman pull a small plastic bag from her body that contained a clear crystalline substance, the affidavit stated. The substance tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine and weighed 1 gram, including the packaging.

Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Hoffman on Thursday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram. Potvin set her bond at $20,000.
