Killeen police arrested a man they said sexually assaulted a woman.
Police charged Ryan O’Neil Anderson, 34, with sexual assault in connection with an accusation made by a woman Tuesday that he raped her in April.
The woman told police that at Anderson’s home in the 4400 block of Twin Oaks Circle on April 18, he threatened her with a pistol and then forced her to perform several sexual acts, an arrest affidavit stated.
Anderson admitted to raping the woman in a sworn statement to police.
He stated he threatened the woman with the pistol, forced her to have sex with him and that during the acts she told him to stop, the affidavit stated.
He told police he said he would kill the woman if she had sex with anyone else, the affidavit stated.
Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Anderson on Wednesday, setting his bail at $100,000.
