A 22-year-old man was arraigned on a felony charge Friday after police said he robbed a woman at gunpoint.

Kytel Rashad Brown was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke on a charge of aggravated robbery. Cooke set Brown’s bail at $100,000.

According to a police report, the robbery occurred on Malibu Lane in Killeen on Wednesday.

It was reported at 11:40 p.m.

A woman told police a man approached as she exited her vehicle and said, “give me your purse.”

The man held a gun to the woman’s head, she struggled and another man hit her in the face. The woman was eventually able to escape. The woman later identified Brown as the gunman.

Cooke also arraigned Jose Manuel Bustos, 36, on an unrelated charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger. Bustos’ bail was set at $20,000.
