A man in Copperas Cove was arrested following a traffic stop Wednesday.

Jason Reid Norton faces a possessions charge of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Coryell County by Justice of the Peace John Guinn.

On Wednesday, an officer witnessed Norton’s failure to make a complete stop at a stop sign.
