Killeen police arrested a 39-year-old man accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl in 2009.
Police charged Henry Christopher Williams, 39, with indecency with a child by contact.
The arrest results from an outcry made by the alleged victim, now 15, on May 1. The girl told a forensic investigator that in September 2009, Williams entered her bedroom while she was still asleep and touched her breasts and genitals, according to an arrest affidavit.
Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Williams on Thursday, setting his bail at $100,000.
Potvin also arraigned James Grace on an unrelated charge of evading arrest with a motor vehicle. Grace’s bail was set at $20,000.
