Decarlos Lamont Williams, 38, was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Bill Cook on Thursday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Williams was arrested by Killeen police after he was pulled over while driving a vehicle reported missing earlier this month, according to an arrest report.

His bail was set at $20,000.

Cook also arraigned the following:

Christopher Rashawn Clayton, 28, on a charge of theft of property in an amount more than $1,500 but less than $20,000. Clayton’s bail was set at $20,000.

Michael Jermaine Jarmon, 21, on a charge of burglary of a habitation. Jarmon’s bail was set at $50,000.
