Bell County Organized Crime Task Force officers arrested a 58-year-old Killeen man they say was in possession of methamphetamine.

Authorities charged John Vincent Manibusan with possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

An arrest affidavit stated the task force searched Manibusan’s residence on Friday after obtaining a warrant. Inside, they found a white substance that field-tested positive as methamphetamine.

Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Manibusan on Sunday and set his bail at $25,000.
