A 29-year-old Killeen man is facing a second rape charge after police said another juvenile came forward with allegations of sexual assault.
Timothy Colt Castleberry is now facing two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Castleberry was arrested in early October after being accused of raping a 12-year-old girl.
An arrest affidavit states that on Nov. 5, a 10-year-old girl told investigators she was 5 when Castleberry forced her to perform a sexual act on him.
Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke arraigned Castleberry on Wednesday, setting his bond at $200,000.
Police became aware of the possible abuses after a man discovered illicit pictures of a juvenile female on Castleberry’s phone, an arrest affidavit states.
On Sept. 13, an employee at a local T-Mobile store called Killeen police to report that Castleberry had child pornography on his phone. The employee told police Castleberry had come to the store for a job interview when he asked the clerk to place two audio books on his phone.
On the phone, the man found lewd pictures of a young female as well as a photo of the same girl performing a sexual act, the affidavit states.
Cooke also arraigned Jonathan Gozalo Garcia, 18, on a charge of burglary of a habitation. Garcia’s bond was set at $50,000.
