A 21-year-old man is facing two felony assault charges after hitting two men with a stick.
William Soloman Walker was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Walker, along with another unnamed man, was allegedly burglarizing a vehicle, when its owner spotted them. She told her husband, who then got another man to confront them, according to an arrest affidavit.
They detained one of the men. Walker then picked up a stick and struck one of the men in the face and the other in the arm. One of the alleged victims was later diagnosed with a concussion, the affidavit stated.
Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Walker on Tuesday, setting his bail at $200,000.
