Man indicted in for murder in stabbing death of ex-girlfriend

BELTON — The man accused of stabbing his 21-year-old ex-girlfriend to death in front of a Killeen IHOP in February was indicted by a Bell County Grand jury Wednesday afternoon.

Thomas Jeremy Jones, 31, was indicted on one count of murder in connection with the death of Kirsten Nicole Farr, 21, of Killeen.

Police said Jones stabbed Farr multiple times in the parking lot of the IHOP restaurant on West Central Texas Expressway in Killeen during the predawn hours of Feb. 23.
