The man who pleaded guilty to the stabbing murder of a man will be sentenced Jan. 9, 2018, according to a spokeswoman with the 27th District Court.
Gus Lozano Jr. is charged with the murder of Emjomo Moore, 40, after an argument in a north Killeen Sun Mart parking lot in August 2016.
Lozano pleaded guilty in October, according to a representative from the Bell County District Attorney’s Office.
U.S. Marshals in California arrested Lozano in October 2016.
Members of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force had worked closely with detectives in the Criminal Investigations Division and the Special Investigations Division to locate Lozano.
Moore later died at Scott & White Medical Center in Temple.
