BELTON — A Bell County grand jury Wednesday indicted a 23-year-old man police said was shot after breaking into a Killeen home in December.

Killeen police found Schock on the floor of a home in the 2000 block of White Avenue just after 2:25 a.m. Dec. 29, according to an arrest affidavit.
A female resident said she and another male saw Schock open a window and begin yelling at them as he tried to enter the residence.
Despite being told to leave, Schock entered the residence and grabbed the woman, pushing her into a wall.
