A man wanted for murder in Columbus, Ohio was arrested by Killeen police Friday.
The Killeen Police Department received a “request to apprehend” from Columbus police for Allante J. Talley Thursday. Columbus police intelligence said that he was in the Killeen area.
On Friday around 2:50 p.m., detectives with the Killeen Police Department’s Special Missions Unit, along with the U.S. Marshal’s Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, located Talley at a home in the 1600 block of Fairview Drive. They took Talley into custody without incident.
He was held for extradition in the Bell County Jail as of 4 p.m. Monday.
