Police are looking for a 28-year-old man in connection with a deadly rollover crash in June near Fort Hood’s main gate.

Orvin Scott Lee III is wanted on intoxicated manslaughter charges in connection with the death of Jeremy Alexander Chapman.

The incident occurred just after 2 a.m. June 4 on westbound U.S. Highway 190 at the cloverleaf, which leads to Fort Hood’s main gate. Lee was driving the car, which was traveling at an excessive speed when he lost control and hit a guardrail, according to police. Alexander, the passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.
