Public’s help sought in identifying person of interest in burglary

Killeen police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a home burglary.

Investigators have extracted multiple photos of a black male taken on a tablet stolen from a home in the 800 block of Crockett Drive on May 30.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity should call Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-8477, go to www.bellcountycrimestoppers.com or text BELLCO along with the tip to 274637.

All tips are confidential and can be made anonymously. A tipster who leads police to the suspect’s arrest may be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
