Salado woman indicted on theft charge

BELTON — Nina Kay Moore was indicted by a Bell County grand jury Wednesday on a charge of theft over $1,500.

According to a police affidavit, a woman paid Moore $6,500 for property at 1200 Farm-to-Market 93. Moore, 50, allegedly posed as a Realtor who would assist the woman and her husband in buying the property. The checks the woman wrote were for deposit, escrow and closing costs.

A deed was not issued to the woman and she was not awarded access to the property. Contacts were made by way of email and Moore was identified in a line up.

Other indictments handed down Wednesday:

  • Krystal Jo Pierce, 31, of Belton, possession of methamphetamine, 4 grams or more.
  • Tammy Lynn Wallace, 55, of Belton, possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.
  • Ronald Vincent Rodriguez Jr., 24, of Temple, possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.
  • Sheree Atkinson Thomas, 41, of Temple, driving while intoxicated.
  • Darin Harris-Fullilove, 21, of Temple, evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
  • Jose Adrian Romero Jiminez, 23, of Fort Hood, injury to a child.
  • Adrian John San Miguel, 38, of Thrall, evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
  • Charley Valentine Jolly, 45, of Temple, burglary of a habitation.
  • Lane Michael Reed, 19, of Belton, burglary of a habitation.
  • Christopher Moore, 17, of Killeen, burglary of a habitation.
  • Destiny Dawn Newton, 30, of Belton, possession of methamphetamine.
  • James Thomas Rutledge Jr., 35, of Little River., aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
  • Joshua Adams, 32, of Dallas, evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
  • Natasha Shamone Jackson, 34, of Killeen, driving while intoxicated.
  • Leonard Mike Penley, 54, of Killeen, indecency of a child by contact.
  • Daniel Lamar Howard, 32, of Killeen, burglary of a habitation.
  • Jonas Michael Holder, 31, of Killeen, possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.
  • Patricia Joanne Murphy, 41, of Killeen, possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.
  • John L. Ealey III, 31, of Killeen, possession of cocaine, 4 grams or more, and possession of marijuana, 5 pounds or less.
  • James Darrell Dixon, 50, of Killeen, possession of methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.
  • Michael Antajuan Partlow, 32, of Killeen, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
  • Blaine Duane Elder, 45, of Gatesville, driving while intoxicated, third or more.
