Killeen police apprehended the second suspect in an alleged kidnapping and rape that occurred last weekend.
Police charged Josh Harris, 21, with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault. Harris managed to elude arrest Saturday after fleeing on foot, according to police.
The other suspect, Che Demarco Middleton, 21, was arrested the night of the incident.
Both men are accused of robbing a couple outside of a local strip club at gunpoint. They then ordered the woman to take off her clothes and get into their car, an arrest affidavit states.
The two drove off from the club, Sam's Dollhouse, located in the 600 block of West Elms Road, and the woman's fiance followed.
The driver, Middleton, pointed a gun at the woman and ordered her to perform oral sex on Harris, the affidavit states.
They stopped the vehicle behind a warehouse in the 3400 block of East Elms Road, not knowing the woman's fiance had given their location to police.
When police arrived, Middleton drove off at a high speed. He crashed the black Dodge Avenger into a telephone police at the intersection of Stan Schlueter Loop and Chantz Drive.
Both Middleton and Harris then fled on foot. Police arrested Middleton soon after.
An anonymous tip led police to Harris, who later confessed to participating in the incident, the affidavit states.
Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned Harris on Thursday, setting his bail at $200,000.
