COPPERAS COVE — A SWAT police team helped arrest a man they said broke a car window and used racial epithets on Saturday. The man remained in Coryell County jail on Monday.
Justice of the Peace John Guinn arraigned Jeremy Lee Oakes, 22, of Copperas Cove, on Sunday on a felony charge of harassment of a public servant and a misdemeanor charge of terroristic threat. Guinn set Oakes’ bail at $11,000.
