A Temple man was arrested in Belton after a child told police he asked her to touch him in an inappropriate way, Sgt. Kimberley Hamilton, a Belton police spokeswoman, said on Tuesday.

Brian O’Neil, 25, was arrested Friday and charged with indecency with a child by exposure, according to Bell County Jail records. Bail was set at $75,000, Hamilton said.

A child told the Belton Police Department on July 29 the incident happened in the 2200 block of Montrose Street in Belton.
