BELTON — On Friday a trial date was set for a Killeen man accused of sexually assaulting a boy last year. James Jacob Nehi, 25, will stand trial on Sept. 30, according to his defense attorney Robert Harris.

Nehi and another man, Joseph Mitchell Wernli, 21, are facing a felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child stemming from an alleged assault of a 14-year-old boy.
