Two Killeen men were arraigned on felony charges Thursday by Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke.

Claude Randall McCrindle, 28, of Killeen, faces a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. On Wednesday, McCrindle was caught driving a vehicle reported missing by its owner July 22, an arrest affidavit stated. Cooke set his bail at $20,000.

Larry Renard Lamb, 25, of Killeen, faces an unrelated charge of debit card abuse. Lamb was seen on surveillance footage using his father’s debit card without permission June 18, according to an arrest affidavit. Lamb’s bail was set at $20,000.
