A Killeen resident has been charged with aggravated assault after stabbing a woman during a domestic dispute in Harker Heights on Wednesday morning.
Latresa Renea Taylor, 33, a resident of Killeen, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury, according to a report from the Harker Heights Police Department.
This charge is a result of a domestic disturbance, stabbing and other injuries from the assault, which occurred Wednesday morning in the 200 block of East Beeline Lane, according to the report.
Taylor was arraigned by Bell County Justice of the Peace Claudia Brown with a bond was set at $50,000.
Taylor has been transported to the Bell County Jail.
The victim, 28, from Temple, was transported by ambulance to Seton Hospital in Harker Heights, according to the release. She was treated for her injuries and released. Her current condition is unknown.
