Killeen police arrested a 35-year-old woman who is accused of threatening another woman with a gun at a local convenience store.
Police charged Sheree Vaughn Snow with aggravated assault for allegedly threatening to shoot a woman at the Eagle Mart in the 1500 block of Florence Road following a verbal altercation July 22.
Snow denied pulling a handgun on the woman. However, surveillance footage from the business “clearly shows” Snow with a handgun in her hand making a threatening gesture toward the woman, according to an arrest affidavit.
Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke arraigned Snow on Wednesday. Her bond is set at $50,000.
Cooke also arraigned the following on unrelated charges:
- Timothy Breitbarth, 35, on charges of assault by strangulation and interference with an emergency call. Breitbarth’s bond was set at $55,000.
- Dandre Morris, 25, on charges of evading arrest in a vehicle and driving while license invalid. Morris’ bond was set at $52,000.
- Javarte Mondreus Long, 20, on a charge of tampering with physical evidence. Long’s bond was set at $20,000.
