Due to the potential for inclement weather, the III Corps and Fort Hood senior commander has authorized delayed reporting Monday.

Physical training was canceled for all units, and soldiers and airmen should report at 11 a.m., according to a release from Fort Hood. Department of the Army civilians will report to work at 10 a.m. Contract personnel should contact their employers for report times.

All Carl R. Darnall Medical Clinic inpatient clinics, emergency room, operating room and intensive care unit key and essential staff will report at normal duty time.

Outpatient care begins at 10 a.m. All non-essential personnel including soldiers, civilians and contractors report at 10 a.m.

Fort Hood child development centers will open at 11 a.m. to receive children.

The scheduled Mini Job Fair at Oveta Culp Center is delayed until 11 a.m. and the annual turkey distribution at the Spirit of Fort Hood Chapel is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

As command decisions are made, changes in the current reporting procedures may call for adjustments to this schedule, to include the possibility of the installation being closed, officials said.

For updates, go to www.hood.army.mil, Fort Hood Facebook or call the Fort Hood weather hotline at 254-287-6700.

Killeen Independent School District officials said a decision about delayed reporting for students will be made in the morning.
