Copperas Cove High School’s DECA chapter competed at the state level in Dallas on Feb. 21-22. There were about 2,500 students competing. The following students “made stage” in their events by placing first or second in their category. Those students that placed first in their event advanced to Internationals, and will be competing in May.
“I am very proud of all of the students that competed,” said Charlotte Heinze, CCHS DECA adviser and marketing education coordinator. “They were all on their best behavior and worked very hard.”
