More than 90 students participated this year in an annual technology summer camp hosted by the Killeen ISD Education Foundation.

This is the fourth year the foundation hosted the camp, and the first year it was housed in the Killeen Independent School District’s Career Center.

Students attended morning and afternoon sessions where they learned and created projects using new technology, software programs and other high-tech equipment. Those activities included hands-on learning in the areas of animation, gaming, desktop publishing, audio and visual technology and digital photography.

The two-and-a-half week summer camp is intended to build skills and interest in technology- oriented career fields.
