    Judging from your post, you probably wouldn't pass the test either. You ask a question but your sentence doesn't contain a question mark. You capitalize illegal immigrants for some reason.

    Rick Perry probably just doesn't think it's fair to ask high schoolers to pass a test that he can't pass himself.

    Is this really the reason testing is being cut down or is it due to the large number of Illegal Immigrants in the state...to make it easier for them.
