About 30 in residents in downtown Killeen are out of power following light thunderstorms this morning, according to Oncor.

A representative from the energy provider said outages occurred in an isolated area off East Rancier Avenue and North 10th Street, with a few more outages scattered throughout the city.

Killeen received 0.78 inches of rain this morning, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a 40 perfect chance of rain expected throughout the day, with temperatures reaching a high of 91 and low of 71.

Highs throughout the week are forecast to be in the low- to mid-90s with lows in the 70s.
