Fort Hood is one of six Army installations set to receive a nonprofit-funded facility to treat traumatic brain injuries and complex diagnoses, officials announced Thursday.
These clinics will serve as satellite centers of the National Intrepid Center of Excellence, located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., and are funded through the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.
