GATESVILLE — A water-conservation mandate and a boil water order issued after a water outage in and around Gatesville this week were lifted Wednesday, Assistant City Manager Luis Lobo said.
“We’re back to normal,” Lobo said, adding that the city’s water storage tanks, which hold 5 million gallons, were full.
