Fort Hood’s annual Hood Howdy drew hundreds of attendees to Club Hood on Thursday.

The Fort Hood Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation department encouraged newcomers to the Killeen area to attend and learn what “The Great Place” offers in terms of employment, recreation and services.

Hundreds of vendors from Fort Hood and surrounding areas handed out fliers and freebies, and about 20 companies formed a mini job fair on-site.
