The Killeen City Council on Tuesday voted 5 to 2 in favor of a proposal that would save the city nearly 500,000 gallons of potable water daily.
Councilmen Steve Harris and Jonathan Okray voted against allowing the city to enter into a reclaimed water supply agreement with Bell County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 at Tuesday’s regular council meeting.
